Before making a purchase, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our customer-friendly policies.

If, for any reason, you find yourself less than 100% satisfied with your product, we offer options for returning the item, receiving a refund, or having a replacement sent to you.

However, we kindly request that the returned product be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.

When can you return a product?

We gladly accept returns in the following cases:

  1. You received the wrong item from our end.
  2. The product you received is damaged and unusable.
  3. You are dissatisfied with the quality* of the product.

Please note that returns are also not accepted for custom paintings and in the event that you accidentally ordered the wrong item, or if your painting is partially completed.

How to initiate a return request?

If you have decided to return a product and request a refund, please email us the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used during the purchase
  • Your name
  • The reason for the return

Once we receive your request, our dedicated customer staff will reach out to you within 24 hours to assist you further.

Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping fees associated with the return.
